RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your mingo & grace piece. They are made in small editions to ensure the finest quality. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return it to us for an exchange or a refund.

You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of your purchase. Please note: All items must be returned unworn. If an item is sent back and is damaged in any way, we reserve the right not to refund the return.

EXCHANGE

Since our clothing is made in small editions, we cannot remake your piece. If the item does not fit, we can make an exchange in a different size if available. In the case that merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be refunded the purchase price.

REFUND

In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.

When returning an item, we recommend you insure the item and/or use a tracking number. We are not responsible for missing packages.

We will process your exchange or refund within 15 business days after we receive the item. We will notify you by email when the exchange or refund is processed.
