DIY MINI TOP HAT

i found a free mini top hat tutorial and pattern over at Fleece Fun and had to share it. i did not include photos of the process, because Fleece Fun has an excellent tutorial, plus a video that walks you through each step. the pattern comes in small, medium and large sizes with a sew and no sew option available. these mini top hats are super cute and chic and are popping up all over the place especially in children's photo shoots.
